Studios in the games industry are making the transition from console to mobile, a goal full of risk and pitfalls. During this session, Wideload Games will serve as a case study on how to make this transition. The team transitioned from building the family Wii game, Guilty Party, to Avengers Initiative, a core-focused gesture fighting game for iOS and Android. This session will focus on the production-related challenges and pitfalls that make this transition so difficult and risky.
