Overview:

It is increasingly accepted that game designers do well to be informed by data analysis, if not "data-driven." Specifically how do designers respond most productively to the numbers of the day (or hour)? What levers can they pull in response? Conversely, what analyses would be more useful than what they currently receive?

This roundtable invites designers and analysts to share experiences -- and wish-lists -- towards the most successful support of game design by today's metrics. The next wave of game analysis will be discussed: with predictions of player behavior (churn, conversion, purchase, or recommendations), how will designers use that information, as well?
