Overview While quality standards for orchestral music in games continue to rise, budgets for games at the indie and "AA" level do not. This session will use examples from my DICE-Award Nominated score to "Lara Croft and the Temple of Osiris" to show how we achieved the best possible orchestral sound quality with less than a shoestring budget. This will cover effective use of samples, hall simulation and reverb, instrumental solos and overdubs, and final mastering.
