Overview: This session presents methods used in FIFA Soccer to improve the responsiveness and flexibility of motion captured animations. It describes when and how turn animations can be procedurally altered, and how this warping is done on-the-fly. Also, it details how this warping can be expanded to any animation that must reach a specific point at a specific time. The session concludes with some general observations on the benefits of warping method over more traditional techniques such as blending.
