Overview:

The majority of videogame composers are very adept at using audio sequencing tools (like Cubase SX, Logic, Digital Performer, Pro Tools) for composition with orchestral samples, but may not have an in-depth knowledge of orchestration or converting what they hear in their mixes towards a live orchestral recording session. This two-hour lecture, presented by some of the industry's highest level talent, is designed to address many of these issues and to help fellow composers and Audio Directors achieve successful results in one of the most demanding aspects of music production for games.
