Overview How can smaller studios and indie shops take advantage of their fans and player communities over the (sometimes lengthy) course of developing their games? This session will explore how the creators at NIGORO answered this question in developing action-platformer La-Mulana, taking advantage of direct feedback with their audience to re-evaluate core concepts and gauge success and failure, both before and after the game's release.
