Morla Gorrondona (voice actor) and Stephen Hodde (voice director) discuss breaking with the traditional actor/director/developer relationship construct, and the process and collaborative qualities they developed throughout Moss, Moss: Twilight Garden, and Moss: Book II that created an environment conducive to an emotionally resonant voice performance. Learn the principles for effective collaboration and creative partnership, how to connect with and understand your actor, prepare performance through script analysis, character development through vocal technique, how and why to rehearse, and strategies for the day of recording. Morla and Stephen will also share opportunities for improvement based on learnings from Moss & Moss: Book II.
