These have raised new questions about the nature of fun, the pace of play and mode of use of different devices as well as questions of fragmentation and the ethics of different business models.In 2014 we have an increasingly aware and savvy mass-market audience, vast competition and rising costs to aquire users. To survive we have to disrupt, delight and deliver ongoing value to our users by focusing on their Life-time Engagment.
