Overview:

This session features the map creation pipeline used by Gearbox Software to develop Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, with a focus on missions, level design, and level art team collaboration. Katelyn Pitstick, Lead World Builder at Gearbox Software, will go over what their milestone expectations were, the short timeline they were given for development, and production goals for performance and design.Katelyn will also look at how some wildcard eventssuch as a global pandemic, sudden remote development, snow storms, and moreaffected the team and their production efforts, as well as what tools and techniques they used to overcome such challenges.
