A Challenging Production: Heavy Rain


To develop an original and innovative game such as Heavy Rain, within a creative-driven studio, brings many challenges to the production management. This session will talk about the unique characteristics of this game and the consequences they had on the way we worked. We will focus on our asset production pipeline: strong art outsourcing processes and efficient asset management tools. We will also talk about having a CEO who is also the Creative Director of the game, and how iterative processes and an adaptive management approach are important in this context.
