In order to build sustaining online games that will run for years, developers and publishers need to understand the lifecycle concepts as well as the user flow. During this session the user as well as the individual game life cycles are explained with real case studies. In addition to that there will be a focus on the users' flow which is described by the KPI funnel construct.
