Overview: Interdisciplinary game projects as a teaching tool can change the way students experience the game development process from the very beginning. In such projects, students can have the opportunity to produce games with people from all different fields and backgrounds such as development professionals, artists, and humanists, and are able to experience the entire development process from many different perspectives. In this talk, Johanna Pirker will discuss interdisciplinary and international course formats, and why these formats will help students create more innovative and creative projects.
