Digital Chocolate's Zombie Lane is one of the original Facebook hits of 2011. This talk will give a detailed view to the game's 13 months long development from idea to launch. The focus is on highlighting the different steps that helped to develop a wide appeal original casual social game with a hardcore theme. The rigorous end-user focused creative process that validated the fun and appeal before launch will be explained.
