Overview: The saying, "those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it" can be applied to many areas of life and AI development is no exception. Often the biggest lessons a developer (or a whole team) can learn come from something that went horribly awry. In fact, the traditional "postmortem" format usually includes "what went wrong" right next to "what went right" often providing a tragic segue into the "lessons learned" segment. In this session, devs will give short, personal examples of a AI development process, tool, or methodology that went abysmally wrong and hopefully tell us what they learned from the experience.
