This presentation looks at the development of the multiplayer component of Crysis 2, which involved 2 studios and over 100 programmers working on the game and engine code. The scale of the teams and game presented some interesting challenges. The talk will provide answers to questions like: How did we keep the team productive with so many coders? What did we do to optimize the use of CPU/memory/network bandwidth from Crysis Wars? How can we improve in the future?
