|In this session, Anton Woldhek will take time to step back and reflect on his 12.5 years spent in game audio; and encourages you to do the same. He will look into the game development experience: How does the state of a project, team and yourself influence this experience? How can you take advantage of the opportunities you have at each of these states? After giving some context to allow for reflection, Anton will present some really practical tips from his years of experience in game development. Although colored by his personal experience as an in-house sound designer, the ideas and processes can be applied to many departments, employment styles or experience levels.
